A break-even point can be correct on paper and still out of operational reach. Compare it with the units you can actually deliver in the period.
An example with numbers
If you have $4,800 of fixed costs and each service contributes $60, you need 80 services a month. If you can only handle 70, even with a full schedule you are $600 short of covering costs.
Try it with your numbers
Work out the minimum number of services and compare it with your schedule. Then test which price or variable cost would cover costs with those 70 appointments.
