How it is calculated
- Each week's balance = previous balance + receipts − payments.
- Financing needed = minimum balance you want to keep − lowest forecast balance (0 if you never drop below it).
Assumptions
- Receipts and payments as you forecast them; late payments and bad debts are not modelled.
- No bank interest or fees unless you add them as payments.
